Keep your most popular foods hot and ready to serve with the single section heated holding cabinet! This holding cabinet features 850 watts of heating power and three heavy-duty adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves to hold a wide variety of foods and containers. It keeps food safely at temperatures between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit while an internal fan ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. To promote easy product retrieval at all times, the unit features incandescent interior lights that are safety shielded for added peace of mind.

The unit's stainless steel front and interior are equipped with aluminum ends and a GalFan coated back, while the triple pane, thermal insulated glass door is self-closing, energy efficient, and comes with a magnetic door gasket that provides a tight seal. Its full-body, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation offers superb heat retention and heat recovery. This unit comes with (4) 4" stem casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
