An exclusive forced-air refrigeration system combines foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation with R-513A refrigerant to hold the interior's temperature between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. A foam-insulated lid and hood also work to keep temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. Each of the unit's four drawers can accommodate a combination of one full-size 12" x 20" x 6" food pan and three 1/9 size pans or three 1/9 size and six 1/6 size pans (sold separately). In addition, two heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves are contained within the door cabinet to maximize storage.

Its stainless steel exterior construction and GalFan coated steel back provides exceptional durability, and the door is fitted with a 12" long recessed handle to ensure permanent attachment. For further convenience, a full-length removable white polyethylene cutting board is included to provide users with a tough and sanitary prep surface. Other features include a high efficiency evaporator fan motor, easy access to all condensing components, magnetic drawer gaskets, powerful 1/3 hp compressor, and a total of six 2 1/2" diameter casters, including three with locks, for added mobility.
