For further convenience, a full-length removable polyethylene cutting board is included to provide users with a tough and sanitary surface for all of their slicing and dicing. This table boasts a heavy-duty flat glass lid that helps keep product cold while locking in freshness and enabling maximum product visibility for operators and guests.

This prep table has an exclusive forced-air refrigeration system that is powered by a 1/3 hp compressor which runs on R-513A refrigerant and combines with foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation to consistently maintain temperatures between 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's spacious cabinet gives you plenty of room for large pans full of lettuce, pickles, onions, and other toppings to make refills quick and convenient. Four heavy-duty PVC-coated shelves are adjustable on 1/2" increments to make organizing your ingredients a breeze! An all stainless steel front, top and ends with a GalFan coated steel back give this sleek unit impressive durability, while the interior's clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners accommodate easy cleaning. Other features include a high efficiency evaporator fan motor, easy access to all condensing components, magnetic door gaskets, and four 2 1/2" diameter casters (two with brakes) for cleaning under and around the unit. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
