Ideal for extracting large quantities of tomato puree, this Tre Spade electric tomato mill brings efficiency and freshness to any commercial kitchen! If you prefer the flavor of freshly processed tomato rather than canned, this tomato mill will help you prep the ingredients you need quickly. This mill easily separates seeds and skin, leaving smooth tomato puree behind. It does this by capturing any solids in the filter-like cone before it pours down the collector base.

Great for medium to large production, the 9/16 hp motor will process tomatoes quickly and pump out the puree you need for fresh pizza sauce, tomato soup, and pasta sauce. An included splash guard prevents liquid from getting onto the user and surroundings as it passes through the cone. The body is made from durable cast iron with double hot tinning, while the cone, funnel, and drip pan are made entirely of stainless steel. This construction not only offers exemplary corrosion resistance, it is also very simple to clean and sanitize. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
