The information about this mill is inaccurate and deceptive. I searched long and hard for (what I thought was) an electric mill that didn't have plastic parts touching food. The specs description on westaurantstore's website ONLY lists stainless steel and cast iron under materials. That was WHY I bought this item. This is false. It turns out the big spiral rotor part that pushes all the tomatoes into the grinding cone is PLASTIC. This part is not visible in any of the photos. It is not mentioned on the website. And webrestaurantstore's return policy is such that they'd help themselves to 30% of what I spent on this thing if I returned it. I'm furious. I know companies aren't trustworthy anymore, but this was really deceptive and demoralizing. This was a lot of money to shell out (which I was nervous about) only to end up deceived.
