Traulsen UHT48-LR-SB CU48TOP-BSWO Details

Designed for the commercial kitchen, the Traulsen UHT48-LR-SB CU48TOP-BSWO 48" worktop refrigerator is a compact and efficient station for storing cold product and preparing meals. Its work top is made of 22 gauge stainless steel, as are the doors, exterior sides, and back. This particular worktop even includes a 4" tall backsplash for added safety and sanitation, helping prevent ingredients from spraying or splattering onto the wall.

Beneath the worktop is a refrigerator that maintains temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It's accessible through 1 left-hinged and 1 right-hinged door, each with a self-closing and hold-open feature. These doors feature aluminum liners and open to a 13.56 cu. ft. aluminum interior, which is equipped with a thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. Plus, for product organization, each door includes 2 powder-coated shelves that adjust in 1/2" increments to best suit your needs.

Thick, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is built into the entire unit, including the door. This helps maintain structural integrity while promoting proper temperature retention. A set of (4) 4" casters make the refrigerator easy to move around, so that cleaning and service is as easy as possible. This unit circulates R-450A refrigerant and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
