- Many manufacturers offer their refrigeration equipment in several different height options to best meet your needs. Here's a breakdown of how we classify these different heights:
Counter Height: Work surface is more than 34" high; standard height unit.
ADA Height: Work surface height is 34" or less; complies with ADA regulations.

- What kinds of pans can I use in my refrigerated prep table?
- While various configurations combining traditional 1/3 size, 1/6 size, and other food pan sizes are possible, it's important to refer to your equipment's Specification Sheet and/or Owner's Manual to see what pan sizes and configurations are recommended. Certain accessories may be needed in order to use pans of a different size than what is recommended. It is also important to note that mixing and matching pans from different manufacturers may result in the pans not fitting properly.

Organize your back-of-house operations in your sub shop, hospital, or university with this Traulsen Centerline CLPT-4818-SD-RR 48 1/2" mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table! Holding (18) 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep, this unit helps streamline the sandwich prep process while conveniently holding common sandwich or salad toppings. The lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food safe temperatures, and a full-length 8" deep removable cutting board mounts the table surface as a space for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.
This unit is constructed of high-quality stainless steel with an aluminum interior for long-lasting use. Beneath the workspace is refrigerated storage accessed by (2) right-hinged doors with a 105 degree stay open feature that makes loading and unloading product easy and efficient. Inside the unit, 4 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization and high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and increases efficiency. An LED display control ensures the internal temperature can be consistently monitored.
The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R450A refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This prep table comes with (4) 4" casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance. Two of these casters include standard locks, steadying the unit for safe use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
