Holding (12) 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep, this unit helps streamline the sandwich prep process while conveniently holding common sandwich or salad toppings. The lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food safe temperatures, and a full-length 8" deep removable cutting board mounts the table surface as a space for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

This unit is constructed of high-quality stainless steel with an aluminum interior for long-lasting use. Beneath the workspace is refrigerated storage accessed by a left-hinged door with a 105 degree stay open features that makes loading and unloading product easy and efficient. Inside the unit, 2 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization and high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and increases efficiency. An LED display control ensures the internal temperature can be consistently monitored.

The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This prep table comes with (4) 4" casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance. Two of these casters include standard locks, steadying the unit for safe use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
