With its stainless steel door and anodized aluminum sides and interior, this freezer is durable enough to withstand daily use in your commercial kitchen.

The stainless steel left-hinged door has a 110 degree stay open feature that makes loading and unloading product easy and efficient, while the positive seal ensures secure closure when the self-closing door is shut. Inside the unit, 3 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization and high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and increases efficiency. The LED display control ensures the temperature can be consistently monitored.

The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between -1 to 2 degrees Fahrenheit. It also uses thermal expansion valve technology for high-quality performance, and its bottom-mount compressor is out of the heat of hot kitchens, as hot air rises. It comes with (4) 4" casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance. Two of these casters include standard locks, steadying the unit for safe use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
