Designed for use during the final 90 minutes of each smokehouse cycle, this box is compatible with both older and current SM-36 models.
The 244002 wood chip smoking box can be used during hot or cold smoking for maximum versatility! If cold smoking, it is recommended that the wood chip smoke is started outside of the cold smokehouse and then added in.
