    We purchased this scale to help with our production needs in our high volume doughnut shop. The scale arrived and the plug didn't fit correctly into the Display Module, I contacted Webstaraunt and they asked for pictures, I sent pictures, they told me they contacted Tor-Rey Directly and asked for help. 2 weeks went by before I heard anything productive, which ended up being to contact Tor-Rey Directly. I figured at this point it would get fixed, re-sent all the photos and a video to them, and they said it was the plug, so they sent me a new adaptor, still didn't work, sent them more pictures, and they identified that it was probably the display module, they sent me a new display module, which once it arrived did not have the right plugs in the back.
