love this product, love the size, but it has come multiple times completely smashed and I lose so much product.

Love the size of these Biscoff 3.5lb jars. The 4 pack pricing was great and with the large size of these jars, we can get a variety of uses from one jar. The jar isn’t too big so it’s not a problem to find a place to store them.

This is an excellent product and has so many uses for desserts. We use it in gelato, affogatos, macarons, and candy bars. It’s a very heavy tub so you get in a workout to lift it but the price per ounce is great. Pro tip: remember to give it a really good stir so that the top isn’t too oily and the bottom too dry. Overall the consistency is good and exactly what you would expect from Biscoff. Customers absolutely love it. It’s a great flavor for the fall/winter seasons. Just buy it! You’ll find so many different ways to use it.

The taste is what you expect, but the functionality of the bottle is terrible, as it comes separated (oil on top, the hardened sauce on the bottom). Initially I thought it was due to my storage, but I ordered another case and kept it room temperature. It was still the same. The weather is too cold for Webstaurant to be storing them they way they do. Even when I put the bottles in warm water to melt the sauce it is still very separated and not until the 3rd use (after 120g) of wasted product that it comes out normal. Near the end of the bottle a lot of product gets wasted as it can't be squeezed out.

Great product. We love cycling in our Cookie Butter inspired donuts which of course require copious amounts of Cookie Butter. We found this is the most cost effective package that we can buy it in. It’s fantastic and usually ships with a bag around it and a gripper sticker on it for safe transit.

Bought this to make a biscoff cookie coffee for our cafe and it does amazing! The vented cap lid is very good quality and allows for easy drizzle

Biscoff makes a great product, but all four of the jars were open when I receive them. There is a film that’s on top of the jar and I’m assuming from the oil in the product none of them were sealed.sealed.

Absolutely delicious, and goes good with the product I am selling! I only wish they were a bit larger.

Love this product, love the size, but every time we order, it comes cracked beyond any salvaging, it unsafe to use. On top of that, in the box it comes in, there's never any cushioning or packing products to mitigate this, despite it being reported many times.

we love cookie butter, however sometimes because of its size, the bottom half its rock hard you have to heat it up to work with it

This is absolutely delicious and pairs well with a cookie butter chai latte. It has been a big hit in my coffee shop!

3/15 came severely damaged could not use product spilling out into box.

Received shipment without issue. However, went to use today and it was rock hard. Looked at the expiration date, and realized it expired a few days ago although I have only had it for four months. Unacceptable to expect a 6 pound product to be used in such a short period of time. Unsatisfied customer, needless to say! Would give zero stars if possible.

I LOVE this product, and I love that it comes in a large tub! Although like other reviews multuiple of the tubs I ordered came broken / damaged. Can you talk to your shipping department to find a better way to ship these? Youd think the cost of a slightly better box and some packing material would not be nearly as much as having to reship another tub of cookie butter.

Over the moon happy! I had been buying the cookie butter in small jars for my grandson’s oatmeal cookies. Not cost effective at all. I overheard a man at a baseball tournament say that he uses cookie butter in his coffee shop. I immediately went over and apologized for eavesdropping, but I needed to know where he was getting his cookie butter in larger quantities. He was a walking commercial for your business! The rest is history!

Glad I got the pail, works really well on my food truck. No more small bottle for me. One of my top flavors.

The lotus Biscoff creamy cookie butter spread 3.5 pound tub is excellent for commercial use! I use this frequently in my donut shop and when heated very slightly, dips donuts like a dream! Pictured below Biscoff cookie butter doughnut!
