Single Serving
1.5 oz. Blanco tequila or mezcal
0.5 oz. Chile liqueur
6 oz. Top Hat passion fruit margarita mix

Combine ingredients and ice in a glass rimmed with sumac chile salt. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve!

5 Gallon Batch

5 Liters Blanco tequila or mezcal
2 Bottles chile liqueur
12 Bottles Top Hat passion fruit margarita mix

Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails. Pressurize the keg with nitrogen (use 100% nitrogen only to pressurize non-carbonated cocktails). Garnish individual cocktails with a sumac chile salt rim and a fresh lime slice!
