Complete with 450 watts of heating power, this drawer warmer is controlled via a hydraulic thermostat for precise settings from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It is fully insulated on all sides for superior heat retention, and a moist / crisp humidity control allows you to further customize your settings to accommodate whatever food you're working with.
Made of reinforced sheet steel, this drawer warmer can hold one full size food pan up to 5 1/4" deep. The Toastmaster 3A80AT09 29" built-in single drawer warmer can be easily installed in wood fixtures.
