Feels great in the hand, pleasant to drink from, and remained crystal clear over it's lifetime. Sadly, they lasted less than a year under "home" use. I do not think these are "dishwasher safe". In less than a year, they have developed cracks at the base and liquids leak through. I used them at home and washed on the top shelf of a residential dish washer. I would not expect them to last long in a commercial setting. Even with that shortcoming, I really like them for using outdoors (not to worry about breaking them) and will probably buy more as they crack.
