The carafe feels durable. I like that it is bigger than expected. Long handle for good grip. Big fan of Thermos products. Always keep liquids at right temperature.

have to unscrew the lid too far to get anything out, customers on a few occasions have gone just too far and dumped the whole carafe in their cup and all over the counter. The gaskets and threads get all gunked up.

This carafe is not ideal for a commercial environment. While it does keep the contents cold, you have to practically remove the cap completely to pour the cream out. Unlike other carafes where you turn the lid slightly to allow the contents to be poured. I would return this if I could.
