Use this Thermaco Big Dipper SWS-200/250-51K supplemental water system to kitchen devices to improve your work area while keeping static water inside your Big Dipper Unit at a normal level. This water system allows your Big Dipper unit to install directly into one of your cooking devices, ideal for a rotisserie oven or combi-steam oven. Add a flow of water to your Big Dipper unit with this supplemental water system.

Cooking devices drain effluent that consists of heavy fat concentration, and there is no water supply to keep the static water level of the connected grease trap at a normal level. Connecting this supplemental water system to your Big Dipper unit easily solves this problem. This system requires 5 gallons of water per hour and a 120V electrical connection for operation. It's compatible with Big Dipper W-200-IS and W-250-IS grease traps.
