We use tapioca to thicken our fruit pies, just like Mum did!! The tapioca makes a nice thick filling and lets the natural colors of the fruits shine! Our customers frequently ask why our pie filling is so bright and beautiful! My family also enjoys Tapioca pudding (warm with bread and butter) for a light dinner or warm with vanilla ice cream for dessert! The tapioca granules from Webstaurant store is just as good as the name brand kind I grew up with, at a much more reasonable price!!

This tapioca works great. Its priced good and i have never had any issues with it. We use it for our fruit pies and it thickens them up very nicely.

This is a very accurate description but please don't do what I did and not read "granules" correctly. This isn't your pearl tapioca and I missed that.

Where else can you get this many tapioca granules for this price?? No where! You'd pay a FORTUNE for these at the grocery store! Good quality too!

I can't believe how much I spent on tapioca granules in the past, typically using a major brand name from the grocery store. But these are so much more economical and bake up excellently in strawberry rhubarb pies!

While these are not used that often, it is great to have them around. These are a great quality too and are very reasonably priced.

Perfect for making bubble teas! You can easily dye them any color to match your bubble tea. Also, great for tapioca pudding as always too.
