Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered two full cases of this product for resale, and none of the bottles have a clear expiration or “best by” date. Instead, they only show a production code that customers cannot understand unless they contact the manufacturer. This is completely unacceptable for a food product—especially for sellers who rely on transparency and proper labeling. My customers expect to see expiration dates, and without them, these products are nearly impossible to sell responsibly. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the code represents the date, but only their company can interpret it. Even worse, my request for a return or refund was denied. This puts resellers in a terrible position: forced to hold unsellable inventory with no clear shelf-life information and no support from the supplier. The product itself may be fine, but the lack of proper labeling and poor customer support make this a bad experience overall. I would not recommend this item to anyone who plans to resell.
