Efficiently seal boxes with this Tach-It tape applicator! This semi-automatic machine applies a pre-determined length of tape from the side to the bottom of a box, ensuring a secure closure. Great for a wide variety of applications such as food, medical, and pharmaceutical packaging, it saves tape and increases productivity. Operation is made easy by simply pushing a box against the pressure pad on the front of the machine which activates a micro switch to apply tape. This model seals up to 40 boxes per minute, and it works with soft boxes such as chipboard boxes and corrugated cartons.

This tape applicator works with tape rolls with a 3" core, a diameter of up to 13", and a thickness of at least 2.1 mil. It works with filament, reinforced, and non-reinforced tapes with a width of 1/2" to 2" and a length of 2" to 3 3/4". It can even be used to create a tamper-evident seal. No operator training or special tools are required to operate this machine or replace the tape. This unit has a heavy-duty, small tabletop design that can be flush mounted onto standard or roller tables. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
