Tach-It 6400 Details
Efficiently seal boxes with this Tach-It tape applicator! This semi-automatic machine applies a pre-determined length of tape from the side to the bottom of a box, ensuring a secure closure. Great for a wide variety of applications such as food, medical, and pharmaceutical packaging, it saves tape and increases productivity. Operation is made easy by simply pushing a box against the micro-switch to apply the tape. This model seals up to 50 boxes per minute, and it works with soft boxes such as chipboard boxes and corrugated cartons.
This tape applicator works with tape rolls with a 3" core, a diameter of up to 6", and a thickness of at least 2.1 mil. It is designed for use with non-reinforced tapes such as tamper-evident tape and cellophane, PET, or polypropylene tape. A simple knob on the front makes it easy to adjust the feed length from 3/4" to 1 5/8". No operator training or special tools are required to operate this machine or replace the tape. This unit can be flush mounted onto standard or roller tables. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
