Ensure optimal safety and performance of your knives with this Tablecraft MH-311 11 1/2" 3-way knife sharpening system with honing oil! This 11 1/2" sharpener provides enough length to allow for elongated strokes that ensure optimal sharpening. Whether your knife is completely dull or only slightly worn, this system includes three different stones to sharpen any knife. The three stones included are fine, medium, and coarse.
Sitting on a sturdy base, this system keeps the stone firmly in place to promote safety while in use. When you are ready to sharpen your knives, the lubricating honing oil can be poured over the stone to ensure the metal of each blade is cut slowly, creating a sharp edge. Each stone is labeled for quick identification. Plus, the 2 side knobs make it easy to turn the system and switch stones as needed.
