Simply freeze the plate the night before an event, drop it into the frame, and then add the cast aluminum bowls. Depending on the ambient room temperature, the plate can keep your items chilled for 3-4 hours, helping to ensure that items will not spoil and that guests will be served the freshest, finest foods.
