Ideal for outdoor buffets or catered events, the station comes with the Tablecraft CW60103 half long size stainless steel cooling plate to keep ingredients properly chilled and food safe during operation without using electricity. Additionally, the station can be paired with a combination of cast aluminum bowls from Tablecraft's Contemporary Collection (sold separately) to keep ingredients organized and close to your cooktop. Simply freeze the plate the night before an event, slide it into the frame, and then add the cast aluminum bowls. Depending on the ambient room temperature, the plate can keep your items chilled for 3-4 hours, helping to ensure that items will not spoil and that guests will be served the freshest, finest foods.
