These lava cakes are great! They remind of the lava cakes you get when you go on a cruise vacation..haha. We heat them for a quick 45-50 seconds in the microwave. Our customers love them they have been a very popular addition to our menu, we server them single and we also serve them on several of our extreme shakes and sundaes.
