Yes, it includes a pair of mounting brackets, but the hardware is sold separately. Each bracket will need the following hardware: (2) M4x10 bolts, (2) M4 nuts, and (4) M4 washers.

Giving a 2 star because the company is sending me new ones as the toggle switch breaks all the time. I don't use it all the time so should not be an issue with wear and tear, but the commercial product is faulty. I will not take a credit as I will not purchase anything from them again so I will continue to take the replacement.
