Dear gentlemen or ladies, I am writing my review on Stoeffers Chipped Beef. Positives; Packaging was excellent as the product arrived as shipped in a perfect, frozen condition. It included a sandwich of dry ice wrapped in cloth, bubble wrap, and 1 inch foam. I was astounded at the care taken with the preparation and/or packaging. Thank you for your care in wrapping my product. Taste:.I am a long time purchaser of Stoeffer products with their chipped.beef being one particular favorite of mine. The gravy was medium thickness, light in color but very tasty. I think the bulk product is better tasting than the indiviualized portions from the grocery store. Servings: This component of my review is entirely based on personal preferences regarding portion size. I used a plastic soup ladel and put three spoons in each plastic container to freeze. I would approximate volume to be 8 containers of 6 to 7 ozs.
