This kit employs a heat management system that allows you to bring hot food to offices, schools, stadiums, high-rises or any other location restricting the use of open flames. Four units are included in this kit, each of which include a base, a tray, 2 heating packets, and 2 steam stoppers. Use them to deliver delicious hot dishes at the perfect temperature without the hassle of fuel.
This innovative system is designed to be simple enough for anyone to use. To activate the heating packets, just place them neatly into the designated slot at the bottom of each base and cover them in room temperature water. After placing SpeedHeat® packets in room temperature water, heat activation and steam production occur in under 1 minute, making this system practical for use in busy catering operations. It then keeps food warm for up to 45 minutes, making it perfect for events lasting under 1 hour.
For even more convenience, each base is commercial dishwasher safe and recyclable so you can maintain a clean and professional service until it's time to easily dispose of the system. The heating trays and packets are compatible with standard depth full size, 1/2 size, and 1/3 size stainless steel and aluminum foil pans (sold separately).
