With a high heat output of 7,000 BTUs, this Sterno 50178 1-burner stainless steel portable butane range is perfect for off-site cooking applications, outdoor catering events, and omelet stations where electricity may not be readily available. Since it is made of durable stainless steel, this stove is not only strong and reliable but an aesthetically pleasing and professional-looking addition to your buffet service.
This portable range features an adjustable control knob to increase or decrease the flame so staff can keep heat at the proper level for the application. It also has a safety lock and automatic safety shutoff sensor for added safety. To ignite the flame, this unit has a reliable electronic piezo ignition.
For convenient storage and transportation to off-site catering functions, this portable butane stove has a compact design. It also comes with a plastic carrying case to protect the components when the stove isn't in use. Butane ranges can only be used in 30+ degrees Fahrenheit temperatures. Butane cartridge sold separately.
