I had high hopes for the Sterno Black Customizable Space Saver Catering XL Insulated Food Carrier (#22398922BK), but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. While the design and concept seemed promising, the actual performance left much to be desired. The primary concern I encountered was its supposed leak-proof feature. Despite the claims of preventing liquids from seeping into the carrier, I experienced quite the opposite. With two out of five of the carriers I had purchased I found that liquids had managed to infiltrate the carrier's built in dividers, causing a smell that we cannot clean out. Additionally, my attempts to reach out to Sterno's customer service via email were met with silence. I had hoped to discuss the issues I was facing and seek guidance, but my messages seemed to have gone unnoticed.
