I ordered this shelf for a 48" Ultra Max Griddle and it came shipped in a lot of wrapping but without any instructions or screws. As I didn't find any online, I contacted the manufacturer directly (Star) to see how this would be hooked onto the griddle) and unfortunately received no reply after several attempts within 2 weeks. I then reached out to Webstaurantstore support and within hours, they were able to give me the information I needed (directions with photos) to help me install the shelf!! I must say, customer service is great and always there when you need them. The shelf hooks over the front edge of the griddle and locks really well so you may not want to drill the 2 holes that is suggests unless you want the added safety - you just have to make sure not to cut any electrical wiring behind the griddle Read More
