The Star 35SSC features a top-loading design for easy access, and its side-by-side construction provides excellent control of heat and humidity. The bun compartment features a humidity control system and a bun rack to keep buns warm and fresh.
The powerful 1,000 watt immersion element and 6 quart water pan (with convenient front drain valve) result in fast heat-up and consistent temperature and humidity control. Plus, the adjustable thermostat ensures fast recovery during peak operating times!
