The Spring USA Solstice HC383CT dual hot / cold system 220-240V is the only dual heating and cooling system on the market! Simply press a button to switch from hot to cold. In just 45 minutes, the temperature will have fully adjusted. Its temperature ranges from 23-50 degrees Fahrenheit and 120-185 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit would be excellent for catering businesses and buffets where versatility is essential. Its scratch-resistant titanium finish will look attractive on display at your establishment and hide fingerprints. Plus, you can be sure it will last, since titanium is durable as well as rust- and corrosion-resistant. To top it off, it even includes one full size 8-quart insert pan!

The Solstice is an eco-friendly choice and saves energy, since it does not use a compressor and only uses 1 amp. It would be perfect for serving chilled foods such as fruit, pasta salad, yogurt, and cottage cheese and doesn't even require ice.
