The first serving of this that I've had, I was a little indifferent. However, I think it's important to pay attention to the product page stating to thaw and lightly heat. I placed several large pieces in a 1/6 metal pan, and cooked in an air fryer. After, I tossed them in bulgogi sauce, it did not seem to help. Some of the pieces looked bruised and/or dried out fairly badly. I'm marking this as 'yes' for meeting my needs, because I think next time I will thaw them and see what this product ends up tasting and acting like.
