Designed for effortless, high-efficiency pressureless steam cooking vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, and poultry, this steamer features a compact countertop design with a manual water-fill mechanism and a manual drain valve, which means no drain or plumbing connection is required (drain pan sold separately). That makes it ideal for fast-paced commercial kitchens of all sizes! This unit holds (6) 1" deep full-size food pans, (3) 2 1/2" deep full-size food pans, (2) 4" deep full-size food pans, or (1) 6" deep full-size food pan (sold separately). This item is made with a 316 stainless steel clean water reservoir chamber with coved corners, and it includes (1) 16 oz. QuickClean scale control treatment.

This boilerless steamer is made with a durable satin-finish 304 stainless steel exterior cabinet and a 1-piece, welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners for easy cleaning. This steamer features a welded heavy-gauge stainless steel door with a stainless steel outer liner, a removable steel inner liner, a full-perimeter gasket seal, and a positive lock-and-seal mechanism with a spring release. The door's interlock switch interrupts steam generation when the door is open, and it reactivates when the door is closed. This steamer features a removable steam diffuser plate that ensures even steam distribution for consistent results and prevents objects from falling into the reservoir. It also features removable stainless steel pan supports for easy cleaning. For added stability, it features 4"-5 1/4" adjustable, leveling legs.

This convection steamer features a stainless steel control housing with a full-access, removable panel for easy maintenance. The front-mounted electric controls are designed for ease of use, with an illuminated timed cooking / off / constant steam switch for timed or constant steam cooking modes. The unit also features a ready indicator light, a cooking indicator light, and a low-water indicator light with an audible alarm that signals when water should be added. A 60-minute electromechanical timer with an audible alarm signals the end of the cooking cycle. For enhanced versatility and customization when creating delicious meals, this unit is compatible with Southbend stands, hose kits, and additional accessories (sold separately). This 1 phase steamer generates 9 kW of power, and it requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.
