While these are a bit more expensive than other hot or cold cups, we're happy with our decision to replace our cold cups and lids with SOFi hot cups. The hot cups hold up really well to iced drinks --keeping them cold for hours (under testing conditions--our cold drinks are typically consumed within minutes) and can easily be used with or without straws through the sip spout. The only complaint we have is for the 8oz SOFi hot cups-- which we bought for use as either hot or cold cups. Our customers do not like these for hot beverages and almost always try to unfold the lid and drink from the open cup, causing a mess. As cold cups, these are perfect!
