This model comes with (3) 2.9 gallon insulated bowls that are transparent to encourage impulse purchases at your restaurant, coffee shop, bar, amusement park, convenience store, or kiosk. Each bowl is also insulated to keep the product cold and increase the cooling power of the unit. This helps to save money and energy, and also reduces external condensation for a safe, sanitary, appealing presentation.

To control cooling, this unit has a mechanical control board. Plus, it has a manual defrost mode for easy maintenance and an adjustable product consistency control to let you pick the consistency that is right for the product you want to sell. This unit is also certified as safe for milk products so you can easily dispense milkshakes or creamy frozen coffee drinks! Keep in mind that the sugar content of your frozen beverage product must remain near 14% as a lower concentration can damage the mixing parts and gear motors.
