Why isn't the machine cutting properly?

1. Make sure the knife blade is facing outward, ensuring that once the cutter is installed, it will scrape the surface of the die.

2. While wearing gloves and after fitting the knife, rotate it until you find the point where you can push it as though it were a buffer. Once this spot is identified, hold it in place and affix the cutter to the machine. This adjustment will ensure the blade remains snugly positioned against the die surface.

3. If you still encounter difficulty attaching the cutter, you can try these two options:

Double-check that the mounts holding it are positioned correctly.

Verify that the shaft holding the knife is securely fixed. You can use an Allen wrench or hex key to tighten the shaft if needed.
