For high-quality soundproofing and noise reduction, this Singer Safety 4' x 8' 4" x 2" double-sided modular acoustic screen with frame 22310248 is a great choice. Designed for use in excessively noisy facilities, such as freight rooms, warehouses, and indoor construction sites, it has a 1" thickness and is made with fiberglass batting with a 2 lb. / cubic feet density and a 3/4 lb., 85 mil thick PVC mass-loaded vinyl sulfate barrier backing. Its double-faced material provides superior noise control and consists of two layers, each coated with aluminum-vinyl fiberglass facing out with the batting in between. On average, this screen is capable of reducing exposure to noise by 10-16 dB. Its Add-A-Panel clip and full-length Velcro® allow you to easily attach it to another screen (sold separately). This acoustic screen is attached to an 18-gauge steel tubular frame with black enamel finish that features slip-joint-button construction at all the platform legs and joints, allowing you to disassemble it quickly and easily without any tools. This makes it great for storing or transporting, as needed. Plus, the frame's legs feature black and yellow striping for added safety.

This screen's quilted fiberglass material is resistant to grease, oil, dirt, dust, and mild acids and alkalis, and it's easy to clean with common industrial cleaners or steam cleaning. The screen's material has a temperature range of -20 degrees to +180 degrees Fahrenheit. It has an ASTM E84-70 Class 1 rated flame resistance and the mass-loaded barium sulfate barrier backing meets the Per Federal Test Standard 191, Method 5903:3.
