This dispenser is compatible with paper, plastic, and foam cups, but plastic or foam perform the best and are recommended. Simply remove the top of the unit and fill the dispenser with your cups of choice. Dissatisfied. Bought this to save a few bucks.. should have paid more for the better brand. I have adjusted and it still drops the cups. I got a 24oz and a 32oz dispenser. Wasted money. Missed return window by trying to give it a chance and adjust it. Wouldn’t buy again. Do not recommend.
