Foamed-in-place insulation helps to keep the ice in the well from melting, ensuring long-lasting use. This well is designed to accommodate 5 full-size food pans up to 8" deep, and it is great for kitchens where it is not convenient to install a refrigerated table.

The 18-gauge stainless steel bowl also includes a drain that allows you to easily remove melted ice at the end of the day or during use. The drain has a 1" IPS connection to connect to plumbing or ball valve control (not included).
