Designed to dispense decadent hot fudge, creamy caramel sauce, and other sweet toppings, the Server EZT 85920 EZ-Topper 48 oz. 2-pouch twin topping warmer promotes portion control and mess-free service. It holds (2) 48 oz. pouches for active dispensing.
Because of this model's twin design, it features individual thermostats that sense the internal temperature and modulate the wrap-around heating elements. These thermostats adjust from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for easy holding and to help prevent scorching as product level decreases. The spout is also heated to ensure that product remains warm and fluid when dispensed.
Each pump of the dispenser releases up to 1 oz. of product, which is adjustable in 1/8 oz. increments. In doing so, the operator can control topping use at self-serve stations and behind the counter. Plus, the pouches are up to 98% evacuated for less food waste. In comparison to cans, they also create 97% less packaging waste. Each pouch requires a 16 mm center fitment and delivers improved food safety with its sealed design. Black knobs come standard for the pump fixtures, as are replacement knobs engraved with "caramel" and "fudge." A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
