Avoid. Server is usually high quality. I thought this was a stainless steel pump, like their other pumps are. The description even says so. The only thing stainless is the shaft you see in the picture. Everything not exposed is cheap plastic like every other three dollar pump. No o-rings either like other server products, just a cheap scraper setup. The problem is this one costs 16 X as much as other pumps. It is not good for any type of thicker sauces -- even though it has a thick sauce nozzle. You can only use it for syrups -- not any type of condiments. Which in that case, just pay the two or three dollars for a plastic pump. I bought three of these. I could have spent the same amount and got 54 other pumps!
