For use with the ProPortion condiment dispenser, the Server 100131 ProPortion medium yellow single valve directs product into a steady stream as it's released from the dispenser. Because the valve is bright yellow, it's easy to identify and locate. It also creates a color-code for size so that staff can quickly distinguish it from the other valves (sold separately). As the mid-sized valve option, it's best for dispensing common condiments, including ketchup and mustard.

This valve should be paired with the single tip cover and flow diverter (sold separately). It's required when using these two components. If the original small green single valve included with the dispenser is damaged, worn, or misplaced, this one serves as a direct replacement.
