The Server 100116 ProPortion dispenser wiper seal helps ensure a tight seal as the dispenser releases product. This required part moves down the rod on the piston (sold separately) and ensures that all product is pushed downward through the body and towards the valve. If the original seal included with the ProPortion condiment dispenser is worn, damaged, or misplaced, this one serves as a direct replacement.
