The Server 100040 ProPortion white 1/2 oz. portion tab provides custom portion control for the ProPortion dispenser. This dispenser (sold separately) makes it easy to dispense condiments, from hot sauce to ketchup and mayo. The tab slides into the dispenser's handle assembly and prevents it from evacuating more than 1/2 oz. of product at a time, which creates a reliable portion control system. It both promotes product consistently between orders and helps to reduce waste.

Plus, because it's white, the tab is easily distinguishable from the other portion size tabs (sold separately).
