This maker produces (1) 15 1/2" crepe per batch that can be served at restaurants, carnivals, cafes, and fairs. Eat your sweet or savory crepe as is or serve it with drizzled chocolate, caramel, or with a scoop of ice cream or fresh fruit.

For the perfect consistency, the temperature is adjustable between 122 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control, and the pilot indicator light lets you know when the unit is ready for use. The unit itself is designed with a cast iron baking plate, so the crepe batter can be cooked to the proper temperature. Plus, the plate is housed within a stainless steel casing for longevity and durability in a commercial environment. A 120V, 1700W electrical connection is required for operation.

In order to prevent unwanted build-up of oils, grease, and food, surfaces should be cleaned after use while still slightly warm. Harsh chemicals or scouring pads should not be used—only hot water and a cloth or sponge are needed. If some areas require extra cleaning, a mild scouring pad can be used.
