Bread pan liners keep your bread and your bakeware cleaner. Place the liner in your pan before your dough and pop it in the oven. When it comes out, your bread will have the liner still attached to it so you can easily handle it without directly touching the food with your fingers. And, the dough isn’t touching the pan, so it will require less scrubbing, which will considerably extend its service life. Best of all, you won't need to use extra butter, lard, oil, or other non-stick chemicals, cutting down on the overall fat content of the dish.
Bread pan liners also stop your dough from getting burned onto your bread pan. This makes your bread not only taste better, but look nicer as well, leading to more visual appeal and impulse sales. Use loaf liners in rectangular bread loaf pans, or sheet pan liners to accommodate sheet pans of varying sizes and shapes.
