I purchased the 6oz version of this awesome delightful weed mat material from Webstaurantstore. It was shipped directly from the manufacturer, and unfortunately was the wrong weight (5oz rather than 6oz), however, I still got a chance to evaluate it on its own merits. The weed mat ships plastic-wrapped as, no doubt, boxes would be super awkward and pointless; this is durable material and heavier than anticipated. I only ordered 50ft as I wanted to get my hands and eyes on it before I ordered a few hundred feet for all of my roses, papayas, french drains and decorative beds; I also cannot acquire anything thicker than 3oz from my local landscape shops, and my Bahia grass runners have that destroyed in a single season.
