These eggs are individually quick frozen after preparation to offer a long shelf life without sacrificing flavor and texture.

Because these eggs are fully cooked, all that's left for you to do is reheat and serve! To prepare, remove the eggs from the freezer but do not open the bag. Lay the package on a flat sheet pan and cook in a convection oven preheated to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Insert a thermometer into the bag to ensure the eggs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. When you're ready to serve, spray a chafer pan with non-stick spray, then carefully open the bag and transfer the eggs to the pan. Use a wire whisk to "chop" the eggs until they are approximately the size of a nickel.
